Case Tipper/Case Turner Case Turner– Designed to rotate a case 90 degrees without the use of pneumatic or electrical controls. The case contacts a rotator arm which is designed to maintain proper contact surface on the case, allowing the case to rotate a full 90 degrees. A low friction guardrail may be used to position the case back to the original centerline. Case Tipper– Designed to efficiently tip an empty carton from its bottom to its side to allow product to be loaded into the carton from the side. Properly gapped empty cartons are fed into the case tipper which slowly tips the carton until it slides down to the take-away belt conveyor. A line full photo eye on the discharge conveyor prevents cartons from being indexed into the case tipper.
